Training and
Sales Support Representative:

Overview: Medonyx, Inc.,
Toronto-based maker of the award-winning gelFAST
wearable hand hygiene system is looking for
qualified training, implementation, and sales
support representatives. As a Medonyx
representative, you will support the sales team
and distribution channels when presenting the
product to prospective clients and in trade
shows. You will provide on-site demonstrations
of the gelFAST system to hospital
administrators, infection control managers, and
users. You will coordinate program launches,
training schedules, and periodic follow-up. And
you will train end users including nurses,
doctors, and other caregivers.
This position requires independent work and
extensive travel including overnight trips
throughout the covered territory. A nominal
commission will be awarded based on sales you
participated in making.
Requirements: This is primarily a
teaching and training job, so effective
communications, professional personal demeanor
as well as an outgoing, smart, and warm
personality are required. Successful
candidates will be comfortable addressing
doctors, nurses, and management in varying group
sizes. A Bachelors degree or a nursing
background as well as at least five years
professional experience are required. You must
have both the ability to work from home and a
well-maintained and professionally presentable
vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook,
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are absolutely
required.
As this role will have flexible hours, and due
to the independent nature of the position, you
will need to demonstrate a history of exemplary
self-discipline and self-management, as well as
the proven ability to think quickly and find
effective solutions to unforeseen challenges.
Preferred experience: A background in
teaching, nursing, or related clinical care is a
plus. Nurse Educators and individuals with
Infection Control background would receive a
particularly special consideration. Experience
using Salesforce.com software is a plus.

Representative

Overview: Medonyx, Inc., Toronto-based

hygiene system is looking for a qualified Inside
Sales Representative. Feel good about what
you do by joining our in-house sales team.
Working in a positive environment, you will help
sell life-saving technologies. Duties include
sales calls, attending tradeshows, follow-up,
and participating in marketing initiatives.
This position requires some travel including
international and overnight trips. A
commensurate commission will be awarded based on
your sales.
Requirements: This primarily sales job
requires a highly driven and highly organized
individual with strong communications abilities,
selling skills, and attention to details.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing,
smart, and warm personality, demonstrating
professional ethics, behaviour, and strong
organizational habits such as rapid and
consistent follow-up, self-discipline and a
strong work ethic. Ability to efficiently and
independently multi-task in a fast-paced team
environment is essential. A Bachelors degree or
equivalent as well as at least five years
professional selling experience are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint are absolutely required.
Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable
CRM software is required. You must have the
ability to travel internationally and have a
well-maintained and professionally presentable
vehicle.
Preferred experience: Strong
consideration will be given to those with
medical product sales experience or
institutional sales experience.
